Canada is renowned as a major tourist attraction both for domestic as well as foreign tourists. It’s a rich Western country with numerous beautiful places. A trip to Canada must be long because of the country’s size and major tourist’s spots. One can see amazing landscapes as well as several other landmarks. Despite being an economically advanced country, Canada has not lost its wonderful natural sights to the curse of urbanization. A tourist will love to roam around majestic cities of Canada who are very sparsely populated and yet have managed to become the major economic and business hubs worldwide. Canadian cities are the most admired amongst the tourists.
Canada also shares the world’s longest unmanned border with USA. Because of its size, many places in Canada will give one the impression of wilderness and huge potential of exploration. If one loves the glamour and glitz of big cities then Toronto and Montreal are always there to visit. From a tourist’s point of view, Canada is a place with all kinds of budgets. Generally the northern places in country are slightly expensive whereas places like Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia etc are very affordable. There is no dearth of appropriate food and accommodation facilities in Canada.
No visit to Canada is complete without witnessing one of the most majestic phenomenons in world; Niagara Falls. This is one of the most popular tourist destinations worlds over and one must visit the wonder of god in form of amazing water falls. Apart from that, Toronto is very popular amongst the tourists. One can also see the CN Tower stands which is world’s tallest freestanding structure.
Montreal is another charming city with a very strong French feel. If someone is interested in hilly terrain and great bridges, blue sea and mesmerizing scenic beauty then Vancouver is the place. This place also offers several other attractions including adventure sports like rafting, whale watching, hiking, wreck beach, Stanley park etc.
The trip to Canada will remain incomplete without visiting the only walled city in North America, Quebec. This place will give you old world charm and it is also marked as UN World Heritage site. Climate wise, Canada offers you best of summer and winter. In winters the temperature can go as low as -30 or -40, whereas in summers, it will be warm and pleasant. The best time to visit is June and July. Don’t be surprised to witness summer thunderstorms which are a common occurrence throughout Canada.
